Chris Adderson is a dancer, equestrian, and dedicated explorer of unspoken connections. With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, multiple instructor certifications, and professional dance experience, she integrates academic rigour with hands-on expertise in horsemanship, equitation, and classical dressage. Her journey led her to develop the Patterns of Reciprocity™ framework—a holistic approach that empowers individuals to embrace a fluid, multidimensional way of being.
