Chris Adderson is a horsewoman, dance/movement educator, and author of Going Beyond, Mastering Unspoken Connections - a guide for those longing to deepen their understanding through presence, embodiment, and trust.
With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, multiple instructor certifications, and professional experience as a dancer and teacher, Chris blends academic rigour with hands-on expertise in horsemanship, equitation, and classical dressage.
Chris is also the founder of the Patterns of Reciprocity™ framework—a holistic, embodied approach to horse-human connection that supports a fluid, multidimensional way of being. Her work emphasizes nonverbal communication, intuitive horsemanship, and equine-human co-creation—a dance of shared wilingness.
Based in British Columbia, Chris teaches internationally through her writing, coaching and courses.
